How to get the nTrust Prepaid MasterCard?

To verify your cloud, we need to receive and review:

1) a form of Government photo ID

2) a Supporting document

Here are the full requirements for both documents:

1. Government-issued photo ID

Examples of government-issued* identification are a passport, driver’s license, citizenship card or national identification card.

*Additional accepted government I.D. in the Philippines include: Postal ID, Professional Regulation Commission ID, Social Security System ID (SSS), TIN, Unified Multi Purpose ID or Voter’s ID VIN.

Your government-issued I.D. document must include:

• All 4 corners
• Front and back of the I.D. (where applicable)
• Full name
• Date of birth
• Photo
• Personal signature
• Unique Identification Number
• Expiry date (must be a valid ID)

When you submit your government-issued photo I.D., please make sure it meets this criteria:

• File is in pdf, gif, jpg or png format
• Maximum file size is 1 MB
• Ensure that all four edges are clearly visible
• Document must be in-colour and high resolution, ensuring all information is clear and legible

2. Supporting documentation

Supporting documentation can be a mailed or online bank statement, credit card statement, utility bill or telephone/mobile phone bill. Screenshots or photos of your bill are also acceptable.

Your supporting document must include:

• All 4 corners
• Full name
• Address (the same one registered to your nTrust cloud)
• Date of bill must be no older than 3 months

When sending in your supporting identification documents, please ensure they meet the following criteria:

• File is in pdf, gif, jpg or png format
• Maximum file size is 1 MB
• Document must be high resolution, ensuring all information is clear and legible

Wait for them to review your account, once your profile is erified, you can request for a card. It will take about 2 – 3 business days processing your card. The nTrust Prepaid MasterCard will be delivered right at your doorstep one to 2 weeks time. PIN will also delivered separately for security purposes. Once you receie your card, activate it online. Using nTrust Prepaid MasterCard to Verify Paypal Account

Go to your Paypal Account and Log In. On your profile, click “Add Credit/Debit Card”. Fill up the information required using your nTrust 16 digit number on the front and the 3 digit number at the back of your card. When done, paypal will deduct $1.95 on your card so you must have at least Php200 loaded in your card first. Call Customer Service at 88-791-88 to get the 4-digit paypal code or expuse code on the card statement as a security procedure. nTrust has no transaction history to view charges made by your card. After putting the 4-digit paypal code in paypal, your account is now verified.

How to Withdraw Money From Paypal to nTrust Prepaid MasterCard?

To withdraw your money from paypal, add Security Bank Corporation as the bank name, and 010140015 as the bank code, 16-digit nTrust card number as account number on your add/edit bank account profile on your paypal and the click “Withdraw”. Money will be received in the nTrust Card and ready for ATM withdrawal. Fees will be deducted from your withdrawal amount.
